REED Liverpool are now recruiting for a strong ADMINISTRATOR to join one of our leading clients on a 10 month maternity contract. They are a company that is well established large manufacturing company that have been going for over 40 years.

My client is looking for someone to join their busy team to work part time covering maternity leave.

This position is based in L5 working Monday-Friday 8.30am-12.30pm.

They are looking for someone to start 26th March 2018.

Duties –

• Photocopying
• Filing
• Raising purchase orders
• Dealing with customer queries
• Tracking any deliveries
• Liaising with departments
• Updating spreadsheets

Experience-

• Working within an office environment
• Confident on Excel and MS Office
• Experience dealing with high volume of paperwork
