Your new company
Your new company will be a large, successful engineering firm based on the outskirts of Doncaster. They support many construction projects in the area and due to an increased workload, they are needing an extra administrator to manage. The company have modern, friendly offices with free parking outside.
Your new role
Your new role will allow you to develop your experience and skills within a fast paced office. You will support all functions, making sure paperwork is completed to tight deadlines. You will be managing diaries for the workers, making calls and chasing invoices. You will be required to use Excel and SAGE extensively to process time sheets and invoices.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to be a great communicator with strong office skills. You should be able to handle the fast pace of the office, keeping on top of tasks to meet deadlines. You should have extensive previous experience of SAGE and Excel. Lastly, you should have some experience with processing time sheets and invoices.
