Your new company:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team of a large public sector organisation in Leeds.

Your new role:
To provide administrative support to the business maintaining finance, performance and administrative systems within specified timescales of the company.
Duties include: Processing paperwork and inputting data ready for checking and onward transmission by the Manager, organise, produce and maintain accurate records, act as a contact point for all communications to the team - prioritise and distribute to appropriate person/department Input requisitions on to the finance database and process, co-ordinate awareness sessions for each department, prepare paperwork for checking by the Manager, conducting initial checks as required, correspond with relevant stakeholders and agencies, maintain and check company databases, manual filing system and logs of information, act as Secretary to meetings as required, organising agenda, taking and distributing minutes and action points
(37 hours p/w) Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm

What you'll need to succeed:
Must pass a security clearance
Must have proven experience in a similar role
