We are looking for a proactive, organised person to support our busy and energetic Apprentice Recruitment Team. You will be working closely with the Recruitment Coordinators, Team Leaders and Managers who are responsible for recruiting apprentices for our employer partners.

Role accountabilities

  • To accurately process high volumes of b2c and b2b leads and ensure they are logged appropriately in CRM database
  • Support with vacancy editing and posting for the National Apprenticeship Service and other national jobs boards
  • To take ownership of customer enquiries, received in writing or over the telephone to ensure high levels of customer service
  • To maintain the data management system to ensure that the operational needs of the team are met
  • To accurately process financial documentation and ensure compliance with service level agreement

Key experience, knowledge and skills:

  • Previous experience of providing support to a team in an administrative capacity
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent time management
  • The ability to work within a team environment to achieve department objectives
