Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 per annum + Private medical cover

Hours: 40 per week


My client is a dynamic market leader within the manufacturing industry. They have a passion for service excellence which has contributed to their rapid growth within the last few years. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join their growing team in Trafford Park. This is unique opportunity to join a company which has doubled in size over the last three years and as they grow so do their opportunities.

Example of Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Data entry, inputting orders
  • Processing incoming post and emails
  • Assisting office with general administration duties
  • Maintain all filing systems to an acceptable standard
    Ad Hoc duties - credit checking, presentations, reports

Essential skills:

  • Previous experience in an administration type role is essential
  • GCSE Eglish and Maths C grade or above
  • Must have a confident telephone manner and ability to provide an excellent level of service
  • Must be able to commute to Trafford Park on a daily basis
  • IT literate with knowledge of office software such as Word and Outlook
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
