We are currently looking to recruit a Despatch Administrator for one of our busy Newport based clients. Initially the role will be for a 3 month period but this maybe extended.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7am-4pm but the successful candidate must be flexible is the business needs requires a change in start time.
Own transport would be desirable due to location.
The role will involve:
- assisting the Transport Coordinator in ensuring that the despatch desk is run efficiently
- accurately producing site paper work including consignment notes
- accurately ensure that the weighbridge is operated in accordance with company rules
The successful candidates must:
- have a strong customer focused attitude
- excellent telephone manner
- PC literate including Microsoft Word and Excel
