Working as part of the team at Hyland Financial Planning Ltd, who are an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious Administrator to work for a Partner within a St. James’s Place Wealth Management - Partner Practice which is based in Westerham. You will be managing the work generated by the Partner and offering support as required whilst developing your knowledge of the Financial Services industry.

The role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a Financial Services environment. You may want to develop into a client facing advisor role, or a technical role, such as Paraplanning. After initial training on the systems and processes used within the practice you will play a key role in the business.

St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. SJP have client funds under management of over £90 billion.You will be employed by the Practice.

The Role - Administrator

You will be working with the Partner in all aspects of the practice including:

  • Diary management
  • Arranging client appointments
  • Data management
  • Producing financial illustrations
  • Business processing
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Preparing client information
  • Research
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Marketing
  • Ordering stationary
  • Logging expenses
  • Meeting and greeting clients

The Person - Administrator

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do’ working style.

You will be motivated to develop your career, and will be keen to gain professional qualifications, with the support of the Partner Practice. If you feel you would thrive in this forward thinking environment we want to hear from you.

It would be useful, but not essential, to have worked in a Financial Services or professional service environment or have a financial background.
