Administrator NEW NEW NEW. Pertemps Recruitment are recruiting an experienced administrator to work for a busy transport company in the Saltash area. This is a great opportunity to work in a small team where you will be given training and support, using the latest database systems and utilising your data processing, numeracy and customer services skills.
As the Administrator you will be working in a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for all co-ordination, estimates, checking of documents, clearance and compliance, bills, duty and VAT in relation to deliveries for customers around the UK.
The Administrator will be responsible for speaking with the customer on the telephone to discuss their delivery requirements and checking packing lists, movement of freight, registering and applying insurance requirements and liaising will all parties with regards to delays, over the telephone and by email.
The successful Administrator will need exceptional grammatical and numerical skills and previous office experience.
This is a permanent job, the hours are full time office hours Monday to Friday. Salary £19,000. You will need to apply now for your CV to be shortlisted.
