Our client, a well known and successful organisation are looking to recruit a Administrator holding a current DBS.

This role is a 3 month contract, is paying £10 per hour and is based in Bromley.

The purpose of this position is to take responsibility for a variety of activities to support organisations and professionals. The role includes providing general administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the busy mailbox.
- Sending on notifications to OM's.
- Updating all information onto Delius database.
- providing information as requested for reports.
- Emailing OM's about notifications that require a response.

Skills Required:

- Holding a valid DBS.
- Knowledge of the system 'Delius'
- Strong administration skills.
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Strong IT skills, including use of databases, Microsoft Office and online tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to cope with periods of high workload.
