Administrator & Team Secretary

Salary: £20,000-23,000

Benefits - 20 days annual leave, plus a day for every year after the first year up to 25, modern city centre offices

9-5.30pm, 1 hour lunch

This is an immediately available and diverse role working within a small yet very-well established, professional office in Leeds City Centre. You will be providing secretarial support to the Director and wider team, as well as conducting Administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office. If you have previous Secretarial experience and are looking for a small office environment where you can have a real positive impact and form a long standing and established career this could be the opportunity for you. Your key duties would include:

  • Copy and audio typing
  • Producing inventories and schedules
  • Extensive diary management, booking meetings and appointments and forward planning
  • Organising all travel arrangements and accommodation as required
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and typing up notes
  • Looking after the client database
  • Acting as a key point of contact
  • Liaising with clients regarding fees
  • Working proactively within all areas of your work
  • Ensuring the smooth run of the office
  • General office administration as the role requires

This is a superb opportunity to work as part of a small, successful and credible team. You will be proactive, professional and confident in your approach. You must be hard-working and shoe flexibility and adaptability to adjust to the needs of the business. In addition, you will have the following:

  • Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience within a Secretarial role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 70 wpm
  • Experience of audio clerical facilities
  • Proficient across MS Office packages
  • Highly organised with high attention to detail
  • The ability to work accurately at all times
  • Experience of taking minutes at meetings
  • The ability to work pro-actively
