Administrator/Receptionist

Our client is a health/beauty clinic and they are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join a well-established and fast paced company, managing the reception area and working closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running and operation of the clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing administration team. Experience in a medical background is preferential although training will be provided for the ‘right’ person.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering phones
  • Setting up treatment rooms
  • Providing refreshments as required
  • Ensuring that the clinics’ rooms are clean, presentable and fully stocked
  • Overseeing doctors, all staff and meeting requirements
  • Handling and ordering of stock and supplies as well as the maintenance of equipment
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Scheduling and assisting new starters throughout induction
  • Supporting the Office Manager - identifying and addressing office issues
  • Assisting with relationships with external suppliers and representatives
  • Assisting IT Manager with technical issues impacting on front of house and doctors
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including printing, filing, data entry
  • Supporting the complete administration team with ad-hoc duties

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Previous reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly efficient, eloquent, organised and well presented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude and friendly personality
