It is important to know that, when a loved one enters a care home, they can be sure of receiving the necessary support, with the utmost respect for their dignity and uniqueness as an individual. Queens Court is therefore glad to hear words such as these: "After visiting my mum, I can leave with a light heart, knowing that she is getting the best possible care."
MHA took over the management of Queens Court, along with Orchard House in 2001, in a joint venture with property owners Hereward Housing.
Situated on the edge of The Fens and just six miles east of Cambridge, Queens Court provides a range of support, with 55 places in total for residential, dementia and respite care. There is also a day centre for older people living in the surrounding villages. It runs four days a week and provides a social opportunity, also, for the permanent residents.
