Conrad Finance is pleased to be supporting a growing business who supply a detailed and specialist service to number of organisations across the region. Due to their continued success they are now looking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to join their successful team based in Framlingham. The part time hours for this role are 3 full days a week

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing business in this varied and rewarding position. You will report directly to the Managing Partner supporting them in the delivery of all daily financial and business support activities which will also include some general office support.

You will ideally have previous Bookkeeping experience and have strong communication skills and good attention to detail whilst continuing to deliver a reliable service to the core areas of business.

Accounts Duties
·Processing and checking Invoices, including gaining authorisation for payment
·Creating monthly statements
·Control Project costings and pricing
·Liaising with individual project managers to keep track of project spend
·Accounts reconciliation on Sage
·Carrying out basic credit control duties including chasing for overdue payments and sending copy invoices
·Filing, dealing with incoming post and other adhoc duties as required
