Page Personnel are looking for an Accounts Assistant based in Huddersfield to cover maternity leave for 9-12 months.
My client is a large public sector organisation based in Huddersfield with parking on-site and also easily accessible via public transport.
Their building is modern, newly decorated and has superb facilities on-site such as a salon, gym and different restaurants.
As an Accounts Assistant your duties will be to process invoices, gain authorisation for payment, process expenses, chase outstanding debt, cash handling, payroll, sales ledger and general administration duties.
The successful candidate must have the following :
- Previously worked in a similar role - essential
- Have strong excel skills - essential
- Work and adhere to tight deadlines - essential
- Work well within a team as well as individually - essential
- Be immediately available on on a 1 weeks notice period - essential
- Have strong excel skills- essential
