Reporting to the Financial Controller, your main duties will include:
*Matching and posting purchase ledger invoices to the system;
*Raising of sales ledger invoices, copy invoices and credit notes;
*Setting up of new customers and updating details;
*Credit control via telephone and email;
*Ad hoc administrative duties.
The successful temporary Accounts Assistant will be a personable, team player, who is flexible in their approach to day to day duties. You will ideally be immediately available and happy to commit to a temporary position.
