Accounts Assistant

FRS are delighted to be assisting a renowned business with the recruiting of an Accounts Assistant.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Entering and coding accounts payable transactions
  • Preparation of sales invoices into Excel
  • Assisting management with month end preparation
  • Preparation of cash balances, online banking and setting up payment plans
  • Managing spreadsheets of suppliers payments
  • General Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Bank Reconciliations

The ideal / suitable candidate will have / be the following:

  • AAT Qualified or have relevant experience
  • Working Sage 200 experience
  • Proficient on Word and Excel
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be proactive in their approach
