Permanent (Full Time)

We are currently looking for a dedicated Accounts Administrator to joing our client based in Godalming. The main purpose of this role is to support the administration of the Finance / Accounts team.

Admin Duties 50%:

- Dealing with company post

- Answering the incoming line

- Responsing to emails

- Booking couriers

- Ordering office supplies

- Greeting visitors

- Other Admin duties

Accounts Duties 50%:

- Receiving invoices

- Matching invoices to payment orders

- Use Sage software to post invoices

- Raise payment queries

- Support the wider accounts / finance team

Skills Needed:

- Good Admin experience

- Accounts / Finance experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Relevant education (GCSE's, A-Levels, Graduate)

- Due to the location of this role you will be required to drive
