Please note this is not an Account Management role in finance we are looking for candidates that have experience of working with agencies in the Advertising and Marketing space.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who will have a lot of responsibility, autonomy and exposure to client and agency teams at all levels. We require an experienced Account Manager who has worked on international clients and brands within advertising agencies and television led campaign development. An understanding of multimedia TVC production, post-production is required. This is an exciting chance to join a fast growing, fun and vibrant team, with great opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities:

Account Manager

*You will help coordinate and analyse client briefs and feedback, working with planners & creatives to develop the best work possible, with attention to detail.
*Overseeing the status of the account placed on, providing regular updates to our clients on the statuses and key milestones for projects.

*Working with clients to provide articulate, clear briefs and defined ways of working to ensure smooth delivery and communication with our project management and production teams.

*Providing regular updates and reporting to internal stakeholders on the forecasts, profitability, resource requirements and general health of the account being managed.

*Supporting the Senior Account Director in leading the account and working directly with the client in coordination with any other agencies or partners.

*Supporting these client stakeholders in determining the scope & technical requirements for creation or adaptation of the content produced by our TVC Production and Localisation teams.

*Work with internal producers/project managers to develop costs against these scopes and plan programmes of work as required.

*Subsequently, engaging with supporting producers from the teams to deliver TV, online content, print and digital content.

*Maintaining production projects / large scale of TVC Production.

*Good level of understanding of digital localisation processes, but would not need to produce such work directly as this would be produced / project managed by specialists in this channel.

Qualifications:

Sector Experience & Understanding:

*Strong marketing collateral production experience.

*Experience with toys or children's advertising experience.

*Broadcast production experience Is required.

*Excellent knowledge of multi-media production (film, print, digital) post-production and international versioning/adaptation industry.

*Experience working in fast-paced international adaptation environments to manage projects and accounts efficiently to completion.

*Experience of working in the broadcast environment and therefore knowledgeable on the advertising standards, regulations and clearance processes a benefit.

*Technically confident with common digital formats.

*A solid understanding of usage rights management; media schedule fulfilment, play-out process etc.

*Awareness of the process to adapt and implement print, photographic assets, press, OOH still image assets, digital display assets.

*Excellent client relationship skills.

*Strong numeracy and literacy skills with specific ability to use Excel to create and refine cost models, analyse data and build clear reports.

*Strong project management skills with the ability to bring others together to communicate quickly, agree actions and fully complete tasks.

Experience:

*Min 2-3 years' experience in the advertising industry with exposure to TVC production and adaptation/localisation across multiple channels (specifically Film, print & digital).

*Good industry references from a range of clients /colleagues/suppliers.
