Account Handler - Commercial Insurance Team

We are currently working with a well established Broker who is seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join their expanding Commercial team.

Working with professional busy team who have built an established niche client base.

Responsibilities:

To service the insurance needs of existing customers within the Business Direct Team, providing quality customer care, ensuring that documents are obtained and despatched promptly and all issues raised by the Client are effectively dealt with.

1) General Day to Day administration

2) New Business & Renewal Processing

3) Handling Client money

4) Amendments

5) Dealing with both new and existing clients

- Office working days are Monday - Friday

- Salary is negotiable and according to experience
