Abingdon School is looking for enthusiastic and qualified, self-employed Spin instructors to develop an exciting fitness programme. Location: The Sports Centre, OX14 1DE Salary: Competitive hourly rate Job Type: Self employed Close Date: 3 December 2025, midday About Us: The Foundation comprises two schools: Abingdon School and Abingdon Prep School, as well as Abingdon School Enterprises. Abingdon School is a leading independent day and boarding school with more than 1,000 pupils aged 11-18. Currently a boys’ school, it will become co-educational from September 2026. Abingdon Prep School is a vibrant and warm day preparatory school with around 200 pupils aged 4-13 which has been co-educational since last year. Both Schools are situated in beautiful and extensive grounds, with the senior school in the heart of Abingdon on Thames, just south of Oxford, and the Prep School located a few miles away in nearby Frilford. Spin Instructor – The Role: We are looking for a candidate to deliver 1 - 2 spin lessons a week between 6am to 8am or 6pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend classes may also be available (Saturday between 7am - 5pm and Sunday between 9am - 5pm). Working hours to be agreed with the Centre Manager. Spin Instructors are appointed on a self-employed basis with a competitive hourly rate.
