My client, based in Princes Risborough are currently recruiting for an on an initially until the end of September..

The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality customer service to customers/clients by telephone.

Hours: Monday  - Thursday 9:00 – 5:30 Fridays 9:00 – 5:00 1 hour for lunch.

Role and Responsibilities

• Raising of sales orders on our bespoke order entry system

• Answering queries on products with accurate information in a timely and professional manner, in a variety of formats including, e-mails, telephone calls, faxes, and letters

• Liaising with the dispatch team to ensure delivery enquiries are responded to quickly and efficiently

• Logging customer complaints on our bespoke complaint handling system.

• Booking technicians on a variety of different web portals for the inspection and repair of product.

The ideal candidate work well within a team, but also be able to use their own initiative when communicating with customers and completing administrative duties. We are looking for a strong background in Customer Service
