2nd Line Support Engineer

iRecruit Specialist are working with a client in Bracknell that are looking for an IT Support engineer to join the team. Ideally you must live within 30 minutes of their Bracknell office. Working for a small successful company, you will need to be confident working on your own and have the ability to work under pressure.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Office based remote telephone support
  • Able to take a methodical approach to your work and able to turn support calls around whilst being customer focused
  • Able to multi-task and be expected to report back to senior management with an accurate account of outstanding support issues
  • To provide support to their existing client base
  • Installations and configurations of software

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Windows 8 / 7 / XP / AD / MS Office / MS SQL Server / Desktops / Servers / Hardware including Draytek routers
  • Networking such as IP addressing
  • Point of sale systems (not essential but would be an advantage)
  • Good communication skills - must speak English clearly
  • Smartly presented
