1st Line Support Engineer; Mac; London; up to £23k

1st Line Support Engineer, paying up to £23k is required by a global digital advertising agency based in their brand new London office in Shoreditch The Emmy award winning Company promote some of the world's most recognised brands are seeking a pro-active Mac focussed Support Engineer to champion IT support to the offices throughout Europe, the Far East and North America on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the IT Manager, the 1st Line Mac Support Engineer will be expected to offer troubleshooting, resolving hardware, software and networking problems. The Support Engineer will also have experience of installation and management of Windows servers and managing backups.

The ideal Desktop Support Engineer will have the following key skills and experience:
Troubleshooting skills on Windows - XP, 7 and 8
Troubleshooting skills on Mac OS X - 10.5 - 10.8
Experience with ticket management systems
Experience of Active Directory administration
Adobe CS suite
Mobile device experience
Experience of audio video conference set up

Previous Agency experience would be of great benefit although a great attitude and desire are the most crucial aspects of the role.

For the right Mac Support Engineer, the Company will offer a salary of up to £23k.
