Role 1st line/ Service Desk Analyst

Our client, a large law firm are looking for a 1st line/ Service Desk analyst to join them in Manchester on a 6 month basis.
Shift work involved (evenings, nights and weekends) and open to work 24/7 365. The client are happy to consider night shifts aswell.
- 1st line support - troubleshooting IT relating problems for the firm
- Single point of contact for incoming calls and emails from customers for IT problems
- Assigning incidents and requests to appropriate 2nd and 3rd line teams after troubleshooting has been exhausted
- Proven experience working with Windows and Citrix
- Strong understanding to support mobile phones, Apple and BlackBerry specifically
- RSA or Change Pro or Extra Net
