First Line / Helpdesk Support Engineer from a 1st Line Hardware / Desktop Support background currently required by my extremely well known Surrey / Leatherhead based client.
I am currently looking for an experienced Helpdesk / 1st Line Support Engineer with a good working knoweldge and at least 12 month commercial Desktop / Windows and Microsoft Support experience.
Any Network or Visualisation / Remote Support experience would also be advantageous.
Your knowledge of Desktop Support (1st Line / Helpdesk) should be good, and communication is absolutely key.
My client is looking for someone to log tickets as they arrise, and try to assist their users over the phone or email. Any issues they can not solve - can be passed to 2nd line and on.
Ideally you will have previous experience of using a ticketing / call-logging system and be confident in a support environment.
