1:1 Teaching Assistant Support Role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving, diverse school in the Cheadle area of Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child within a close-knit school community.

About the Role:

• 1:1 Support: You will be providing dedicated support to a child in the Early Years classroom, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
• Experience is Key: We are looking for someone with extensive experience working with children.
• SEND experience a Plus: While not essential, experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) would be highly beneficial.
• The Skillset: Excellent behaviour management, strong communication skills, a compassionate approach, and a positive sense of humour are all essential for this role.

This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP and running until the end of the academic year.
