We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Programme and Project Management to join our International Business Management People Team. This role is located in Manchester and is hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Leading and managing an agile approach to the implementation of workforce legislation projects and target operating models across the UK, Ireland, Europe, APAC and LATAM.
  • Coordinating and driving activities across a portfolio of projects to tight timelines and budgets across a multifunctional team.
  • Tracking, communicating, and reporting progress clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders and escalating risks/issues promptly.
  • Promoting a collaborative and controlled approach to critical deliverables and taking ownership of activities needed to ensure on-time delivery of requirements.
  • Supporting Business Management activities:
    • Process review/remediation
    • Budgeting
    • Weekly dashboard/issue reporting
    • Supporting legal entity reporting/data gathering and analysis
  • Reporting and Escalating progress/issues to direct management as needed.
  • Maintaining regular contact with internal clients and reports on progress.
  • Taking meeting minutes and distributing to the team.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Required: Project Management experience with Agile/ScrumMaster certification.
  • Required: Proven experience managing multiple projects to tight timelines and on budget.
  • Required: Data gathering, analysis and Exec Summary report production.
  • Required: Reliable self-starter with team leadership/management and ability to influence.
  • Required: Good written and verbal communication
  • Desirable: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
