1:1 Teaching Assistant

1:1 Teaching Assistant Required.

£55 - £65 per day.

PK Education’s Sheffield branch are currently recruiting for an experienced 1:1 teaching assistant to work with a child in a mainstream primary school who is on the autism spectrum. The position in question is full time and is due to continue until the end of the academic year.

The child is currently in Y2 – and the successful candidate will be required to work alongside the class teacher to ensure that the child is making progress and is in a safe and comfortable learning environment.

The school is located close to the city centre, and so is easily accessed by public transport and benefits from having an onsite car park.

To be considered for the role you must have:

CACHE Level Two or equivalent.

At least six months’ experience working in a primary school.

Experience of working with SEN pupils.

Additional requirements:

Reference details will be requested prior to registration.

Current DBS registered with the DBS Update Service

Salary and Benefits:
