Michael Herbert started the business in the 1980’s with his first KFC restaurant in Glengormley Belfast, and has grown the business to 156 KFC restaurants and 1 Pizza Hut throughout the UK and Ireland and guess what, we're still growing.

We are currently midway through our 5-year vision to grow the business further opening a number of new restaurants each year and we don’t plan to stop there!

We can’t do this without our team and our people are truly important to us – we firmly believe that you build people capability first, and the people then build the business! We’re big on internal development and have created many opportunities for our team to realize their career aspirations, be it at store level or above store in field based and head office roles. Lots of our senior team joined us as Team Members and have developed through the business. This approach keeps us focused, and makes sure that we are always searching for great talent to grow within our organization.
