Who you'll work with
We are a learning organisation, with lots of in-house trainers and mentors. We regularly run dozens of industry-leading courses that are all available free of charge from our training centres. So, our team are highly engaged and when incidents of any nature occur we handle them correctly according to best practice. This means minimal disruption and maximum safety; allowing our client organisations to run as effectively as possible whatever happens.
The support team is passionate about ensuring our people have all the tools they need to get their jobs done to a high level and keep people safe. Our training never stops, and we all take part in ongoing executive education which is themed around Leadership, Lean, Mindfulness and Teamwork.
