The support we provide our clients is often &ldquo;mission-critical&rdquo; but is not always core to their business offering. Department Information Equiniti's Group Property team are responsible for the strategic and tactical management of approximately 25 properties across UK, Europe, North America and Asia with an annual budget of approximately 25m. Portfolio management of all leases across an international portfolio, ensuring business continuity whilst delivering value for money. Regulations in this context extend to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) handbooks, Tax Authorities and regulations published by some of the industry services utilised e.g. BACS, PCI Compliance. The role covers the regulated entities with UKSS; Equiniti Financial Services Limited ('EFSL') and Equiniti Global Payments Limited ('EGPL').
