Role Summary The role is that of a Probate Case Officer, a dedicated contact within an Estate, to administer around 25 deceased cases under the terms of the Will or Intestacy, in all aspects, including building relationships with beneficiaries, under the supervision of an Estates Manager. Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, we are a well-established pension administrator with over 1.5 million customers across the UK.
