Working at Burger and Lobster Restaurant Group Ltd

Once upon a time in Russia 3 friends launched Moscow’s most infamous steak restaurant, Goodman (“the only meat for good men”)
Then one night, after a few too many drinks and with way too much knowledge about beef under their belts, they spoke of opening a place in London.
First, it was to be a burger joint. Then a restaurant that only served lobster. Finally came that eureka moment, when they hit on the idea of combining the two!
But what to call it…?

And so the first Burger & Lobster was born, in a tiny old Irish pub in Mayfair.
