I have worked in the North West Practice and Accountancy markets since 2004 and have developed strong relationships with the Big 4, Mid Tier, Large Regionals through to Small Independents.

I have gained a reputation in the market for providing a professional service consisting of honest, independent advice and have built long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates.

I moved to Liverpool in 2000 to study at University and I began my career in financial recruitment in 2004. I worked with Liverpool’s leading Independent Financial Recruitment Consultancy for almost 15 years, progressing from Trainee Consultant to Senior Manager. I have worked across both industry and practice but have spent the bulk of my career since 2009 specialising in the practice market.

In 2019 I set up independently, as Vaisto Recruitment Ltd, specialising in the practice market in the Northwest.

My goal is to provide an exceptional, ethical service to both candidates and clients based on integrity and trust. This has resulted in many long-term relationships developed over my 19 years in the industry.
