Strong Recruitment are the only recruitment agency in the UK specialising in the inbound tourism sector - Kelly Strong spent 20 years in the industry working for hotel groups, theatre agencies and inbound tour operators and DMC's before setting up a recruitment Company in 2001 to specialise in the industry she is so involved in.

We regularly visit our clients, we attend all major trade shows, we are active members of ETOA and UKInbound and Kelly Chairs the Events Committee for ETOA. We network heavily and decide which clients we want to help - we do not work with every company that contacts us as we have a beleif our clients must offer candidates genuine career opportunities, good working environments and be a decent employer.

All candidates are first interviewed on the phone then we arrange to meet in person - a CV only tells a bit about a person, talking and listening to candidates helps us understand their skills and future ambitions. We work together with the candidate and never send CV's to companys without the permission of the person.

We have a reputation of staff retention and are often complimented on this by both candidates and clients.

Our client base is varied and includes DMC's, tour operators, online travel, attractions, theatre, sightseeing, tourist boards, trade bodies, and other companies with UK based offices who deal in the inbound tourism sector. We recruit from Reservations through to CEO level in Permanent roles.
