Working at Remploy

What we do

Committed to supporting individuals who face multiple barriers to employment, we transform the lives of disabled people through sustainable employment. We do this by equipping them with the skills and confidence they need to return to work and enable organisations to support their disabled colleagues.

With over 70 years’ experience delivering disability services, we have helped over 100,000 people with a range of mental, physical and sensory disabilities and disadvantages find work and regain their independence, while enabling businesses to increase their disability confidence.

In 2015, we entered a joint partnership with MAXIMUS UK, enabling us to support more disabled and disadvantaged people into sustainable employment.
