Premier Marinas owns and operates 10 award-winning marinas along the South Coast of the UK,&nbsp;providing an office like no other.
Our vision at Premier Marinas is simple: to be the finest marina operator in the UK.&nbsp;We provide the best marinas in amazing locations with first-class customer service, whilst playing our part in caring for the environment and investing in our teams.
Our core business is the berthing of leisure craft and our marinas provide a total of over 5,000 marina pontoon berths. We also provide storage ashore for up to 2,000 boats and operate boat lifting and boat moving services at all of our marinas in our full-service boatyards.

Marina & Boatyard Operative - Falmouth Marina

With an increased focus on outdoor pursuits, the leisure marine sector is an exciting sector to work in. We are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager who will manage and develop a capable marketing team responsible for business lead generation, brand marketing and events, and external and internal communications. This person will be a key day to day contact for internal and external stakeholders including sales colleagues, marina management teams, as well as industry and marketing agency partners. They will deliver engaging programmes and content through both on and offline communication channels to drive awareness of, as well as enquiry and adoption of Premier’s products and services. Personal Profile: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad offline and digital brand marketing, lead generation and communications experience with an eye for innovation and constant improvement. They will be a proven team leader and an excellent communicator, experienced in successfully developing and implementing a range of time-bound, tactical and strategic activities. They will be hungry to develop a deeper understanding of our customers, business operations and our wider industry. They will have proven ability to develop successful relationships across a wide range of backgrounds and will be confident to lead customer-facing events when needed. Marketing Manager

Premier Marinas are looking to recruit a Night Shift Marina Operative to work at Chichester Marina. You will be joining a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Our customers rely on us to deliver a safe and secure experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following in order to qualify for consideration: • Proven customer service or customer facing experience • Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations • Ability to learn and use computer software systems • &quot;A can do&quot; attitude and flexible approach to teamwork • Be able to stay calm under pressure Previous experience in a similar role would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential. A full clean UK driving licence is essential. Expect to spend some time patrolling the marina conducting safety checks and observing access to secure areas. Monitoring CCTV is also a key part of this role. You will be working 12 hour night shifts as per the duty rota which includes some weekends and Bank/Public holidays. Night Marina Operative - Chichester Marina

Premier Marinas is seeking to appoint a full time Duty Manager at Trafalgar Wharf. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction in a purpose-built indoor dry stack. The role of a Duty Manager is to: • Assist the Dry Stack Manager to manage the facility in an efficient and safe manner in accordance with the company’s mission statement • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and facilities are not only maintained but also developed as required by the company • Perform the role of 'Duty Manager’ on an agreed rotation basis • Promote and maximise the utilisation within the dry stack, ensuring and developing profitability. • Develop staff progression and communicate business changes as is required The successful applicant should be an ambassador of first-class customer service delivery, be able to lead a team and show balanced decision making and problem-solving abilities. Health &amp; Safety awareness and a knowledge of a dry stack operation is desirable. The role requires some outside working assisting around the dry stack. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person with a flexible work ethic to join our team. A good knowledge of boats and experience driving plant would be desirable but not essential as training, where required, will be given.
