PCHA is a successful, small community-based registered provider of social housing based in Penge, south east London. We own and manage 270 homes and we are passionate about working together with our tenants and making a positive impact on our community.

We are a small but passionate team working together to make a real difference to our tenants and the local community.  We work hard but enjoy what we do.  In a small organisation like ours everyone plays an important role and supports each other - we all muck in and no job is too small, even the Chief Exec will change the toilet roll! There is a great opprortunity to understand the business as a whole, no matter what role you are in, and there will will always be new things to learn/do.  We value people who are positive and hardworking and want to get stuck in and make a real difference.
