The purpose of the roleIs to deliver Technical Product Training - delivering agreed levels of Product Mastery across BV UK & external partners. Role Responsibilities Deliver all product training onboarding, annual refresher training, quality audits and assessments for all BV field engineers & external partners ensuring all on-site working practices, BRITA quality standards are maintained in-line with all local, BRITA HQ, onsite ACOP/Legislation and comply with latest Health & Safety guidelines.Conduct regular assessments to uphold quality and safety standards, updating documentation and methods to comply with legislation and H&S requirements.Coordinate logistics for remote training sessions and actively communicate product, quality, and H&S updates through various channels.Investigate product quality issues, collaborating with stakeholders to develop improvement solutions and conduct on-site quality assessments to ensure continuous improvement.Complete annual assessments across all internal/external field engineers ensuring correct working practices, quality and H&S standards are maintained.Coordinate logistics for remote training sessions and activities, including venues, tools and equipment.Test/investigate reported product quality issues, collating data / findings of product defects in order to feed accurate information into local quality reporting process and develop improvement solutions with local & BRITA HQ 'stakeholders’. Our Financial Services provider client has embarked upon a growth programme that has resulted in the need for two financial service trainers. The role is initially on a 12-month fixed term contract with a possibility for an extension /permanent. The scope of the role includes the following but not confined to - managing T&D plans, training delivery either face to face or digital, onboarding new teams created from the growth programme, upskilling existing staff (directly of train the trainer), and training evaluation whilst ensuring material is current, accurate and compliant. The successful candidate will need to be level 4 diploma qualified in financial planning and have experience in design and delivery within the Financial Services/ Financial Adviser environment.
