Role Responsibilities As Tax Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored employment tax solutions to a variety of clients, while also contributing to the development of the firm’s service offering. Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert advice on employment tax matters, including PAYE, NIC, employee benefits, and expensesAssisting clients with employment status issues, IR35 compliance, and off-payroll working regulationsAdvising on salary sacrifice schemes, termination payments, and HMRC enquiriesIdentifying and delivering employment tax planning opportunities for clientsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on employment tax issuesSupporting compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to employment tax regulationsCollaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive client solutionsContributing to business development activities to grow the employment tax service offering About The Firm This Birmingham-based accountancy practice is renowned for its expertise, client focus, and commitment to professional development.
