Within this role you will support the CPO on the scale up phase, responsible for end to end recruitment and candidate experience. The business is new to the market and is going to see exciting rapid growth, Description End to end management of the recruitment cycleLooking at 100-150 roles hired in 12 month periodLiaising with partners, board and leaders across the business on crucial hiresSupport in job brief creation through to interview stagesLiaise with agencies - manage the candidate cycleManage coordination of recruitment cycle from liaising with agencies to booking interviews through to offerSupport CPO with developing best practice recruitment process Profile Looking for ambitious Talent Lead to support the business through scale up phase.Must have worked in Professional Services - ideally BIG 4 environmentHave managed end to end candidate cycleExperience driving best in practice candidate journeyIdeally have experience of sourcingIdeally experience working on consulting or CFO or Tax practice Job Offer Initially a 6-12 month contract with opportunity to go permanentCompetitive salary & packageHybrid and agile workingGreat ambitious growing business to be part ofMust come from Professional services background
