Leading a small team of talent acquisition professionals, you will be committed to providing an exceptional experience to clients and candidates; developing strong and effective relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ultimately responsible for attracting and hiring great talent up to and including executive "C suite" level positions, you will also implement your and the team's ideas to deliver an efficient resourcing process, ensuring a consistent professional candidate and hiring manager experience. As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will work with the CEO on the enhancement of the "Vero Recruit" product and implement additional value adding services too. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the busy Talent Acquisition team for 3-6 months. This is a fixed term, office-based role in Weybridge Surrey.
