This role involves controlling, monitoring, and reporting on the quality of calls and appointments booked by the Telesales Team. The successful candidate will also confirm each appointment with customers and gather feedback from Sales Consultants after each completed appointment. Key Responsibilities: Screen outbound calls by the Telesales team to ensure appointment qualificationOrganise, coordinate, and plan routes for all Sales Consultants' schedulesProcess and approve documentation for booked appointments and input qualified appointments into the CRM systemConfirm appointment details with customers beforehandHold weekly meetings with the Telesales Manager to review call quality and team performanceMeasure the quality of appointments and obtain feedbackProvide ongoing feedback to the Telesales Manager on areas for improvement and coachingAssist the Sales Department with additional tasks as needed Who we’re looking for: Telecommunications experience and VOIP knowledge beneficial, but not essentialDiary coordination and route planning experience desirableConfident, proactive self-starter who can question and challengeExcellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers, team members, and stakeholdersAbility to build rapport with customers over the phoneAdaptable to a busy, dynamic environment and changing prioritiesStrong time management and organisational skillsPositive attitude and disciplineWillingness to learn new skills and assist as neededProficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM systems If that sounds like an apt description of you, get in touch.
