Situated in the popular Nottingham suburb of West Bridgford, they are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team. Position Overview: The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with property sales, communicating with clients to identify their needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities: Deal with enquiriesBook & follow up valuationsBook & follow up viewingsReceive, report, negotiate offersProspecting of vendor/ purchaser leadsInstruct solicitorsAssist in sales progressionAssist in sending market appraisalsCarry out viewings as required (rare)Attend daily direction meetingDeal with customer enquiries effectivelyEnsure focus on own developmentEscalate complaints as requiredMaintain compliance with industry and internal regulations Qualifications & Experience: Experience in Estate Agency, preferably salesAbility to deliver excellent customer serviceDeveloped time management skills to ensure effective management of own resourcesAbility to work under own initiative and as part of a teamDetermination to secure new business with focussed actionNegotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for customer and the businessPositive attitude in all situationsFlexible and adaptable in approachWell presentedFull UK Driving license and own transport
