This is a warm and proactive sales environment where you will engage with both SME and blue-chip organisations across the UK.For every appointment booked you will receive £100 commission.This role offers excellent progression opportunities within a supportive and ambitious business.Role and responsibilities:As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:Generating new sales leads through LinkedIn, paid data sources, research, and outbound phone activityBooking appointments for the BDM to attend to secure contract salesIdentifying key decision makers and understanding business requirementsQualifying opportunities and developing a strong pipeline of prospectsManaging and maintaining accurate customer data within a CRM systemBuilding and nurturing relationships with prospects to create future opportunitiesManaging and optimising outreach tools such as Dripify, including tailoring AI messaging to clientsWorking closely with the Commercial Director on sales strategy and pipeline updatesSupporting the Bid Writer with proposals and tender submissionsPromoting the business via LinkedIn and networking activitiesProviding regular updates to the BDM and senior leadership teamSkills and experience required:Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales, telesales, sales or business development essentialProven ability to generate leads and build client relationshipsConfident communicator with a professional phone mannerAbility to engage with stakeholders at all levelsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated, proactive, and target-drivenExperience within facilities management sector is desirableExperience selling contract-based services is advantageousBenefits:Competitive basic salary of £30,000 with OTE up to £40,000Commission of £100 per qualified appointment21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, rising to 25 days with serviceAccess to company-funded gym membership (post-probation)High street retail discount schemeContributory pension schemeFree parking including electric charging pointsIf you have the relevant skills and experience and are actively seeking a new opportunity in business development, please apply today.
