At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting Opportunity for a Project Administrator to join an well established large company in the Warrington area.Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience Working hours: 35 working hours - fully office based Holidays: 25 days holiday plus bank Benefits: Enhanced Benefits Package Main Responsibilities to include: Provide financial reporting support to bids and live projectsProduce regular reports showing information regarding hours worked, cost and selling rates, revenue, margin, utilisation, Work in Progress, etcAdminister the setting up of job codes within the Company's systemsProcess weekly timesheetsProduce invoices to clients and follow up any queries to ensure payment is received to termsProvide financial support to Project Managers and other operational team membersWork closely with other Project Controllers and the wider finance teamProvide ad-hoc assistance during annual financial auditOther ad-hoc tasks as deemed necessary by the Company The Ideal Candidate: Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Excel and WordExperience of using Microsoft Outlook and TeamsClose attention to detailFamiliar with a multi-project multi-discipline work environment advantageousStrong team player with good communication skills, both written and verbalFlexibility to take on specific projects as requested Benefits to include: Competitive SalaryPrivate Medical Insurance at Single, Partner and Family levelsNon Contributory Pension Scheme25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) increasing by 1 day per year of service up to a cap of 30
