As a Payroll Team Leader, your role will involve managing and overseeing payroll processes for a large team within the Professional Services sector. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll operations, whilst providing leadership and support to your team. Description Oversee daily payroll operations and ensure compliance with company and statutory regulations.Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency and consult with upper management regarding improvements to payroll.Resolve any payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll related queries promptly and professionally.Coordinate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate processing of payroll changes.Generate payroll reports for management, finance department, and auditors.Stay updated on the latest payroll trends, technology, and legislation.Manage the year-end payroll reconciliation and provide data for audits.End to end Payroll duties. Profile A successful Payroller should have: Proven experience in a payroll role within a large organisation.Strong knowledge of payroll systems and payroll best practices.Excellent problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
