This role is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment, particularly within a manufacturing setting that involves handling flammables and COSHH items. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) programs. Day-to-day of the role: Risk Assessment and Incident Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards.Document health and safety incidents and near misses to facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions.Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from an HS&E perspective to ensure safe and efficient work processes.
