Account Handler
A well respected and growing Insurance Broker is looking for another Account Handler to join its busy Healthcare & Protection team. This is a role that can be performed working from home on a hybrid basis including working from their office. Working closely with the Director you will provide support to assist their Commercial and Corporate Clients with their Healthcare and Protection Insurance needs. Accordingly having a background in Handling Group Risks and Group Life Insurances will be advantageous. In this busy environment you will also be assisting with an existing portfolio and servicing their needs, while looking after new clients promptly. The main responsibilities of the Account Handler role include: Handling your own portfolio of business customersResponsible for all aspects of their account including: Processing of new business, re-brokes, renewalsRenewal negotiations with InsurersChanges in riskClaims notification (there is a separate claims handling team)Support and preparation of presentations and report writingRegular contact with your customersAssisting with client requests, queries and general client correspondenceDeveloping and maintaining good relations with partner InsurersProcessing of new business, re-brokes, renewalsWorking to specific time deadlines and service levelsEnsuring all records are kept up to date in an accurate and thorough manner To be a successful Account Handler you will demonstrate: Healthcare Insurance experience of Handling either Group Risk or Group Life risksHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of workAbility to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasksA strong work ethic
