Salt's Local Government client in London requires a Project manager for Children's Social Care and Finance Projects. For this opportunity we can only consider applicants with experience in this Children's Social Care Projects. Job Title: Project Manager for Children's Social Care and Finance Projects Location: Hybrid (Remote/Office as needed) Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team, supporting a range of projects within Children's Social Care and Finance. This role involves working on portals, finance-related projects, and the implementation of a new MARAC (Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference) system. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Mosaic and Synergy systems, or a background in Social Care/Education, although support will be provided for these areas. This position offers flexibility with limited office working requirements. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects within Children's Social Care and Finance, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.System Implementation: Lead the final stages of implementing a new MARAC system, ensuring seamless integration and operation.Support Synergy Projects: Assist in the management and delivery of smaller Synergy projects, providing expertise and guidance.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the project sponsor, to understand project needs, objectives, and deliverables.Training Coordination: Coordinate with trainers as needed, with an expectation of training sessions once a week.Hybrid Working: Adapt to a primarily remote working environment with potential for occasional office days, ensuring project needs are met regardless of location.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
