Huntswood is looking for Financial Assistance Agents with collections experience to join an exciting project for a leading retail bank. If you have a great telephone manner, have the ability to identify vulnerable customers and are looking for a long term contract then we have a great role for you. You will be supporting our client dealing with outbound and inbound calls from customer who are in financial difficulty and coming up with a resolution that works for the customer and the bank to recoup monies owed. About the role We have a fabulous new opportunity for a highly skilled and forward-thinking individual to join as a Financial Accountant for TMS (Total Marketing Support), a unique and growing division of DS Smith PLC, a renowned packaging and display manufacturing company.
